Macronutrient Scale Bulking (BMS)
50 percent protein, 20 percent lipids, and 30 percent carbs
450 grammes of protein per day (50 percent protein = 3600×0.5/4)
3600*0.2/9 = 80 grammes fat per day = 20 percent fats
30% carbs per day = (3600*0.3/4) = 270 grammes carbohydrates per day
When you’re bulking up, this is the basic dietary scale you should use. You can tinker with the calories a little, but in the end, it’ll come down to what works best for your body.
Aside from food, you should take advantage of the strength increases by training hard and pushing yourself to your limits. Because you have greater recovery time, you can train body parts more frequently, therefore attempt to hit body parts twice a week. I recommend training the major muscle groups twice a week in a fast-paced pattern:
1st Day: Chest/Back
Day 2: Arms, shoulders, and abdominals
Legs/calves (day 3)
Day 4: Back/Chest
Day 5: Arms, shoulders, and abdominals
Legs/calves (Day 6)
7th Day: OFF

Advanced Users’ Dbol Cycle: Test Enanthate + Dbol + Deca Durabolin
If you’ve had good success with earlier intermediate Dbol stacks but still want to push things a little further, you can try more advanced stacks.
Advanced Dbol UK cycles are longer than novice and intermediate Dbol cycles, lasting up to 16 to 20 weeks in some cases.
