The Beginning of My Yoga Journey

I was hesitant to take up yoga classes again after a long time out of practice, but I’m so glad I did. I’ve been attending classes at Rythmia for about two months now and it’s been amazing. The classes are beginner-friendly, so anyone can join in and get a great workout. And the teachers are excellent – they’re patient and always willing to help people improve their practice. It’s been such a great experience that I’m already looking forward to continuing my classes at Rythmia in the future.

When I walked into Rythmia, I was in a state of complete chaos. My job had abruptly ended two weeks prior, and I was struggling to find any other work. My mental health was suffering as a result; I wasn’t sleeping well, and my anxiety was through the roof.

When I first moved to the area, I was in a pretty bad place. I had been out of work for over a year and my marriage was quickly unraveling. All of my friends had started their own families and moved away, so I was really feeling alone and lost.
