Backing The Future
Of course, that not all products sold online require a courier to ship them.

Regarding online learning, the industry is one of the new industries the report said they believe that “new models of education delivery may remain out of necessity” after which they added “that “primary, secondary and tertiary education have all been thrust to a digital delivery mode … [An] ability to deliver rich remote learning experiences will prove pivotal for universities.”

One of the most significant aspects that is a key part of the model for franchises is that the franchisors are invested in the performance of the franchisees that they work with. This is why the most successful franchise models typically include some form of training, and that’s an additional reason why franchisors frequently assist their franchisees through difficult times.
For instance, in an inquiry conducted by The Franchising Council of Australia, approximately 95 percent of the respondents can recall a moment during Covid when they were assisted by their franchisee.
A capacity to change has been a key factor for franchisees in the past year, with the Australian Institute of Company Directors offering an example. They released quotes that show the focus of one franchise-changing when they “saw a massive decline in demand for its handyman services [so it] it switched to installing Perspex shields in shops”
It’s tempting to concentrate on the development of new industries in this modern moment, but this ignores human nature and the ability to innovate that ensures that traditional industries continue to thrive.
Of course, it is a year of transformation. But it’s also one that has proved that one thing has always been evident: in the business world, the ability to change and remain resilient is crucial. New industries will emerge created by the demands of the people living in 2020 and beyond.
Existing industries are also likely to find ways to grow. Actually, the majority already do. It’s a bright future, and we are eager to see what comes next.
