Sweet treats, including chocolate fudge cake, dark chocolate truffles, and banana-based “nice cream,” are also available. The restaurant plans to introduce grab-and-go options like wraps and salads soon.
All menu items are plant-based and oil-free, emulating the typical Blue Zone diet. Many ingredients are locally sourced from Kansas and Missouri, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to supporting local producers.
